"The accommodations were excellent and the staff at the front desk, especially Daniel and the bellman, especially Tomas made our stay amazing. Timothy in the Thames room for tea was fantastic. "Excellent location for visitors to London. Next to Tower Hill station underground. Very accessible from the airport through the underground as well. To complimentary drinks unfortunately we didn't get to use them. The staff are very helpful. Definitely will stay again"
