"You can not a better vacation house. This is the second time our large family of 19 stayed at the house. You can not beat the pool on the beautiful beach. The staff are absolutely amazing. They take care of you- it’s a true vacation. Two meals a day, no dish duty, a pitchers of margaritas brought to the pool side for the adults and pins colada for the kids. House has plenty of room and all the walls are thick so you don’t hear every noise. They help help arrange everything you need from transfers, in house massages, and excursions. It is just magical. Can’t wait to go back again. We also had a medical emergency with a family member when we were there. The staff helped get the ambulance and even rode with us to help translate. They truly take care of you and will be forever grateful to them."

"Villa Ventura was the perfect setting for the vacation of my dreams! From our first walk down the stairs, I knew it would be beyond what we imagined from the photos. Every night we fell asleep to the sound of the waves and every morning we woke up to the smell of an amazing breakfast prepared by the incredible Chef Beto. Danny and Daniel made sure the house ran smoothly and we didn’t have a single worry. Afternoons were spent laughing by the pool as Danny created the most perfect piña coladas and prepped for another phenomenal meal. All the while, Rosario and Alicia made the house sparkle! Planning was so easy with the help of Nora and Patricia. And don’t forget to schedule a service with Jaz and the expert spa team. With town only a few moments away, we had plenty of options for shopping or a night out—but it was hard to leave the luxury of this PERFECT villa. If you are considering a stay, DO IT! Villa Ventura is truly a magical place."

"We love this hotel and have stayed here three times. We deeply regret their decision to become an all inclusive this Spring. Puerto Vallarta is a great place to go out to eat and enjoy the town, we are not interested in staying in the hotel all the time or paying for food we wont eat. I hope they reconsider this decision, we would return if they did."

"This was a perfectly location for our family getaway with adult children! Beautiful unit, modern conveniences, extra touches that we have never found at any other vacation rental. It is completely stocked with extras including coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs, extra linens, beach towels and more! Glasses for the patio, travel cups for the beach, you name it they seemed to have it! Rita was amazing to work with from coordinating checking on, pre-shopping and general questions while we were on site. This is the most spotless, beautiful complex in all of our PV experiences. This was has been renovated with thoughtful consideration yet keeps the beautiful charm of Mexico. The beach is soft and sandy- a rare find here in PV and extremely swimmable! We had the best time going between the beach and the amazing pool area. We are so thankful to have had Los Palmares as our home base this week. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Casa Ventana al Mar. The host was very helpful and responsive. The house was about 30 minutes from the airport in a safe, secluded, gated neighborhood between the Hyatt and the Hilton. It was a 5-minute uber ride to playa los Muertos and restaurants. We had a hard time getting grocery/food delivery to the house because it is a new build and the address wasn’t showing up on the apps. That was a bit of a challenge but we were able to get it figured out for most of our deliveries at the end of our trip. The host brought us water when we were having issues with deliveries. Ubers/Lyfts were easy to get to the house. Coordinate having groceries at the house upon arrival with the host. The house is very open concept which resulted in coatis coming into the house and getting into the food in the kitchen, even the drawers. Just beware of securing food in the pantry. Also, the downstairs rooms are open concept so we didn’t feel comfortable having the kids sleep in the bunk bed room without an adult. We could hear traffic from the main road in a couple of the rooms but the AC/sound machines helped. We had such a blast in the pool and outdoor area. It was a super comfortable space for our two families (2 adults, 2 kids each family) and one grandma. Beautiful views and the host was exceptional!"
