"We have stayed here before. We are locals and choose this place for a staycation. We had an emergency and would not be able to make the evening. The hotel was INFLEXIBLE as to US changing dates or anything like that. They also don't seem to want to give promised upgrades through Expedia or anything like that. It's a great place but don't expect anything above and beyond from staff. All we wanted was to have them postpone our staycation for a week. There are many places here in Puerto Vallarta especially as we enter the slow season with gorgeous rooms and views, so naturally we're going to go where we are wanted."

La persona que nos explicó del estacionamiento fue algo grosera y deberían aclarar que solo hay espacio en su estacionamiento para 4 carros para todo el hotel. "
