Lots of restaurants to choose from. Toro was best. Staff was very attentive. Food was excellent.

Party hotel , good for single people

Like most of the hard rock hotels fine for what you pay , pretty good service the most uou tip the stuff the better they are with you ! It shouldn't be like this

Perfect Destination

Pros: EVERYTHING
Cons: Build more hard rock resorts in the world.
Absolutely a perfect resort. Service was excellent. Grounds and property were well kept. Staff was very helpful and cheerful. Restaurant options and food quality was excellent. We spent 6 days and we have zero complaints. Can't wait to return to Hard Rock.

Great hotel, will definitely be back.

Pros: Good food, friendly accommodating staff. If you need it all you have to do is ask.
Cons: While the rooms are very nice, and the beds are comfortable, they do reverberate sound. Everything is tile so people walking by can be quite loud.
Staff was always accommodating and friendly. Rooms were comfortable but got noisy at night due to the layout. It's an expansive property and takes a couple days to really get your bearings. It's worth exploring. You can find some pools which are hidden gems and not busy, the Bongos pool never disappointed.

What a great place to spend quality time with family and friends. Simple one of the best beach resort I have ever stayed. Lots of things to do in the facilities, great golf. The only thing we simply could not accept was the taxi vehicle that took us to Santo Domingo. Unfortunate experience.

Pros: The staff is awesome, the grounds are well maintained, clean rooms, and the food and drinks are very accessible - you get your money's worth.
Cons: Don't allow local vendors on the grounds, they are predatory. Know what you are buying or you will pay 10x the worth. The staff/vendors do conspire.
We were assigned a room that was on the corner of the first floor. The walkout balcony/patio was exposed to the pedestrian/tram path. This allowed for no privacy on the balcony, or in the room if the curtains were open. When the bell boy arrived, we asked if we could get a different room, preferably not on the first floor. He made a call, and within 15 minutes had us in a room on the second floor. Note that this is a large resort with many buildings. Most of the balconies from the first floor rooms do open to an asphalt pathway used by patrons, trams and maintenance vehicles. Request a room on the second or third floors if you want privacy. The room has a stocked refrigerator; to ensure it is restocked every day, we had to leave a note for the maid as to what we wanted (beer/pop/water). A walk to the beach from the farthest buildings is 8-10 minutes. Multiple trams run constantly at 10 minute intervals, if you do not want to walk. The beaches are beautiful/clean, and the chairs and cabanas are in excellent working order. Bars (drinks/food) are numerous - lines are minimal for drinks and food at the beach, pools, or the shop areas. When we checked in, we were targeted for a sales pitch by our supposed "concierge". He was a nice person but somewhat deceitful as to his actual intentions. If you allow, this will drag on and waste time better spent at the beach/pool. Just say no. The resort is all inclusive, but tipping appears expected for many services, although never spoken.

No ocean view with suite?? Food and drink mediu

Expedia let us choose seats but denied to give us the seats we chose there for wasting our time and effort our family could not sit together going to or from our trip. Why allow it if you can't guarantee it. Most families take family vacations to be together not separated on the plane

,too expensive for what you get

Too expensive for what really is ,I think is overrated big time . The beach is terrible nobody couldn't get in without a risk of get drown because of the big wave ,sorry was not one day was the entire trip . Service is excellent and the people's go beyond their work to make it better but not for the price you pay ,they don't have customer service education ,don't take me wrong the are great but they don't know much about a five star hotel and how they should treat customer in the correct way . The confuse the order ,they don't serve the drink before anything ,you ask for a wine they don't even ask what type the bring whatever ..is a really good service overall but not for the rate we pay . Overall is good .

Great week! Lots of activities and fun!

Pros: privacy of room, but fun activities!
Cons: keurig in each room for coffee; spa tub did not work in our room
Location: we went 4 wheeling. Was a little hesitant, but turned out to be fun!
was a wonderful time! love the different activities in the evening, dining was eventful at several places! Would recommend to a friend definitely!
