Mostly Happy With Our Stay

Location: We did a snorkeling excursion with "Happy Fish" and had the BEST time! Highly recommend. We booked separate from the resort through Viator.
Positives: Beautiful grounds, nice pools, rooms are great (huge showers and a nice hot tub in every room), casino was nice and good sized, drinks are good and free flowing! The spa was also quite nice - we did a couples massage and were not disappointed! Negatives: Food is just so-so in most places (and seems to be universally served at "luke warm"). Do an a la carte cafe or room service for breakfast - the breakfast buffet we tried day #1 was terrible. Property is huge (and this is only really a negative if you don't like walking a lot or can't for some reason). They do have golf cart shuttles if you don't want to walk, so it's certainly not a deal breaker. The size of the property also means it will take you a day or two to get your bearings. Be prepared to be pushed to attend a time share style presentation about their "memberships." Truly this was the most annoying part of our visit. Our "personal concierge" that greeted us the first day tried to push this on us. We declined. Every time we saw him during our stay he asked if we had reconsidered (to the point where we would turn the other way if we saw him coming once we were wise to it). OVERALL, we didn't regret going and had an enjoyable time. Doubtful that we would return, however, as we'd rather explore some of the other Caribbean islands and this place did not knock our socks off.

Nice hotel, convenient to beach and pools.

Location: Good location. Did not venture out of complex
The hotel was excellent. The food, staff were great. Everybody was so nice especially the bell hope whose name was Alexander. He would go out of his way to help us, not just the first day. But all week. The waiters and hostesses were all very kind. The girls at the pool and bartenders couldn't have been nicer. All and all we had a great time, and can't wait to come back. Thank you!!

Pros: A paisagem é bonita, o quarto é grande e confortável, as piscina são bem cuidadas
Cons: Merece uma manutenção de pintura e tapar buracos dos caminhos. A comida precisa de um toque, até o café da manhã que era sem sabor.
Location: esta ok, mas todos os hoteis estão na mesma região
As pessoas são gentis. A comida do hotel é ruim, sem sabor e as vezes dificil de comer. O hotel tem 13 piscinas, das quais somente algumas podem ser utilizadas pelos hospedes comuns, que não são membros e isso não esta claro no site. O hotel oferece creditos para gastar em atividades que depende do numeros de dias que você fica no hotel, só que para usar os creditos você tem que pagar 20% do valor da atividade, acaba que as vezes é o mesmo que pagar pela atividade. Me senti um pouco enganada com isso.

Highly appointed resort doesn't disappoint!

Pros: Plenty of restaurants and bars. Amazing work-out facility and spa.
Cons: Only one craps table was ever open in the casino with a $20 minimum.
Location: Spectacular beach and water.
Booked for a multi-couple birthday getaway. Wanted something with lots of restaurant and bar options. Room was amazing. Food was delicious.

Great place needs some improvement

Was really a great short stay. I did a full review on trip advisor. I will do a short summary. First room they put us in had some issues and a big problem with the ac. The receptionist wasn't helpful. Felix at guest relations helped us out immediately and changed our room. The beach is great. Dinner is the best. Breakfast really good. Lunch not that good. Best places I would say Ciao, Toro, Isla. Many pools. Helpful staff. Some bars better than others on how they make the cocktails and the ingredients and types of drinks. Overall nice place

Relaxing and Fun

This was our second sty here. Last year we went and had such a good time we came back again. This resort offers everything you could possibly want: excellent food and drinks, many pools, activities, a beautiful spa, and night life. I highly recommend this resort. You will not be dissspointed and will want to go back a second time to experiencing everything the Hard Rock has to offer.

We did not receive the King bed that was booked on Expedia ten months prior to arrival. The check-in staff was any but friendly. Other than that the hotel and location are great.
