Like a small town
2 front desk staff, not very hospitable.
2 people at the front desk, in particular, I wish I got there names, not friendly at all. I had a simple question regarding laundry service, they both made me feel like I was bothering them and they hung up on me.
If it wasn't for my wife, I would have walked to the front desk and cursed them out !
Rest of staff very friendly but spoke minimal English.
Restaurants are average at best for all inclusive. First come first serve. No reservations.
Facilities ( i.e. swimming pools (10) and beaches) better than average if less than 70% capacity. It would be overcrowded if >80%
Kids, 12 and 10 yr old boys, had a good time.
Arcade is too small, although games are free.
Nothing to do if it rains. They need to have activities for kids on rainouts. They had NONE.
Casino stinks of cigarettes, not enough blackjack and roulette tables, but can't complain, made enough at blackjack tables to pay for my trip.
Despite all that, I recommend it.
