Nice, but not what i expected for Price

Pros: Club, casino and beach.
Cons: inform your staff about activities going on with the entertainment and stuff going on in the hotel so they can have answers for the clients.
the Hotel is huge they have a trolly to drive you around, the staff don't seem to know much when you ask them questions about activities going on in the hotel (this have nothing to do with language i speak perfect spanish.) i find a roach in my room not that i care but for the price i paid i don't expect to see roaches, the room was an islander and is just like the picture very nice. we order room service and it was excellent and on time it even came earlier than what they said. the food was ok just ok,we tip everywhere we went.the drinks need to be consistent order margarita by the pool and was water down and no taste, order in another bar by the toro pool much better after that i switch to just gran marian. we were there for four days and we hardly see much entertainment. they have pool volleyball and on the big pool they put slides for the kids, the beach is gorgeous took pictures by the Hard Rock sign. we travel four adults and two kids, we went to the club it was very good, the casino do their best with drinks and bar entertainment it was fun. all in all it was a good experience but i would not chose this hotel a next time i can get the same thing at a much better price at other brand nothing excited.

Pros: instalaciones
Cons: si, creo que pueden poner un espectaculo de fuentes danzante y el pasillo de los cuartos no va acorde con el diseño del hotel.
Buen hotel excelente servicio, buena comida y bebida, todo muy muy bien.

Nice hotel close to the beach.

I went with my parents and my boyfriend for their anniversary and my birthday. It was a nice resort with very nice people and employees. We enjoyed our time there.

Muy mal servicio.

Pros: El ambiente, la musica y sus instalaciones en general.
Cons: El servicio, que se preocupen menos por vender tiempos compartidos y se ocupen mas en atender a los clientes.
Location: Playas, paseos, y muchas atracciones.
El hotel tiene todas las amenidades requeridas, es muy grande y las habitaciones son muy comodas. El problema es el servicio, estuve mas de 30 horas sin agua en mi habitación y no me ofrecieron una solución, me tuvieron al telefono en espera y nunca me constestaron en al menos 8 ocasiones, tuve que trasladarme desde mi habitación hasta la recepción 3 ocasiones (la distancia es bastante larga) para tratar de que me dieran una solución que no fuera irme a bañar al gimnasio y por fin me prestaron otra habitación porque yo lo exigí pero ellos no tuvieron la iniciativa para solucionar el problema.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic service

Staff, food, rooms, beach and pools are great. Casino has new management and is very expensive to play. If you want casino entertainment, you'll have to take a cab to another hotel

Huge resort Like a small town

2 front desk staff, not very hospitable. 2 people at the front desk, in particular, I wish I got there names, not friendly at all. I had a simple question regarding laundry service, they both made me feel like I was bothering them and they hung up on me. If it wasn't for my wife, I would have walked to the front desk and cursed them out ! Rest of staff very friendly but spoke minimal English. Restaurants are average at best for all inclusive. First come first serve. No reservations. Facilities ( i.e. swimming pools (10) and beaches) better than average if less than 70% capacity. It would be overcrowded if >80% Minimal mosquitoes. Kids, 12 and 10 yr old boys, had a good time. Arcade is too small, although games are free. Nothing to do if it rains. They need to have activities for kids on rainouts. They had NONE. Casino stinks of cigarettes, not enough blackjack and roulette tables, but can't complain, made enough at blackjack tables to pay for my trip. Despite all that, I recommend it.

Exceeded our expectations

Pros: Great facilities, great staff. Great food.
Cons: More options for kids with the resort credits program.
Location: Not a lot to see outside the resort. We drove to Punta Canada and checked out the San Juan Shopping centre and had a look around for a few hours.
Hotel was fabulous. Travelling by myslf with two teenage daughters. Beach beautiful, clean and not busy. Tons of chairs etc. if you want them. Pools very nice. Resorts grounds are spectacular. Food was fabulous... we had never stayed at an all inclusive before and this was a great first experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had travelled to Atlantis Resort in Bahamas a few years ago and I was completed offended by how obnoxius everyone was with their hand out for tips... at the Hard Rock, you don't mind tipping because staff are so great and aren't asking for it. Resort cedits arent as easy to use as one might hope, but we did schedule a snorkelling excursion through the resort credit program that was very nice. All in all, we hope to return sometime soon.

Awesome hotel. Good choice of restaurants, pools. Staff was wonderful. It's just such an expansive resort that it's a little confusing to get around. But shuttles do run continuously. My only disappointment is that you have to leave resort to do any water activities. Don't mind paying for snorkeling, etc but didn't like that there weren't any of the "extras" available right there.
