Mini break for my 50th. Beautiful pub and accommodation with real local charm and such hospitality and generosity. Thank you Martin, Lynn and team for making my stay so memorable.

OMG. I stay in a lot of hotels but this tops the list of my favourites. My junior suite was vast and the food excellent. Stay here......except when I want to stay again!

Great overnight stay. Peaceful and an extremely good cooked breakfast.

This is a unique property which oozes old world charm. The village is in a pretty part of the UK and is exceptionally quiet and peaceful. The owners are very friendly and accommodating.

Very happy we chose this hotel loved the boutique room and glad we ate in the restaurant as the food was outstanding, also worth taking the time to walk around the village as very pretty and well kept. Stayed here as close to Arundel castle which was also amazing.

Spent a fantastic couple of nights at A Room with a View for Valentine's weekend and we were both over the moon with our choice! From the moment you walk in it felt welcoming and cosy, yet had all the mod-cons and more. My husband loved the cooked breakfast (and the coffee machine!) and I felt very spoilt, being gluten free, with all sorts of specialist items for me to enjoy. Staff were very positive and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was excellent and more than enough. Great choice available. Parking was good, but very tight on the night we were there as there was a wedding going on. But we still found a spot. In spite of how busy it was the staff coped really well and were cheerful to boot.

Beautiful hotel, recently renovated which means they have state of the showers, beautiful throws and proper duvets, spotless white gorgeous bedding, fantastic decor throughout the hotel. The rooms are separated slightly from the fullers pub with a separate entrance. The breakfast was fabulous where you can order from a menu and food is made to order and fresh, included full English breakfast, eggs florentine, pancakes with fruit and maple syrup, porridge with fresh fruit. Great initial welcome from Mike, backed up by some wonderful idiosyncratic features that uplifted the stay. Complimentary Sipsmiths Sloe Gin in the room, choice of two single malt whiskies (also complimentary) and freshly brewed coffee at the refreshments station were unexpected and warmly enjoyed! Beautiful setting and lovely staff. Back garden (where the fish are) was lovely, so peaceful, pretty and relaxing. The gardens generally were beautiful. Hotel room was lovely but could have had a fridge and also should really have access to SKY and International TV channels (This - for a hotel of this quality - really should be standard). In the summer, the local walks and access to nearby beaches means there is plenty of leisure and outdoor activity; for the winter period however, it would be...

We had a lovely one night stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean, a large shower room, and a very comfortable bed. We had dinner there and the food was lovely. The breakfast was included and also good - the chef came to take our orders for cooked food, and was very accommodating.
