The property is well maintain. The rooms are clean and spacious. I had a one bedroom. Most of the staff is helpful. Pool staff is great. The hotel CEO is the one doing a terrible job allocating workforce, they had one pool service attendant, servicing everyone at the pool (terrible) he was awesome and help all of us. The quality of the food can be improve.

The staff is wonderful, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The food was delicious a notch above. Excellent à la carte menu for each of the 4 restaurants on the property. Many activities during the day. The evening entertainment was great the live shows were amazing. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

One of my worst hotel experiences. Only one restaurant is open each day, with very limited food options. The food is generally good, but the lack of variety is disappointing. Breakfast mostly offers Mexican dishes, with few traditional American choices. There is no air conditioning outside the rooms, and the restaurant areas are uncomfortably hot. The hotel is also understaffed, causing slow service, although the staff are friendly and helpful. Ricardo went above and beyond to arrange an excellent special meal for us. The rooms are outdated and have a strong petroleum smell. Since the hotel is closing for renovations, I would not recommend staying here until they are complete. These issues seem to reflect management and hotel operations rather than the staff.

Been to PV many times. Usually, our hotel is for sleeping, showering and we go, go, go. Decided to do all inclusive and try to relax a bit. We had a wonderful time! Some of the activities listed on the website were not happening, but we do understand we were there during the off season. There was plenty to keep my 11 year old granddaughter involved and social. The food was very good and a lot of variety. The portions were a bit big and made me feel wasteful, but that is probably not considered a complaint. All of the staff was very attentive, fun and helpful. Our room was always stocked with snacks and a variety of beverages. The maid always left fun little designs and surprises on our bed. We will definitely recommend to friends. We will be back.
