Great location as it is an easy walk into the hills or villages nearby. Best spa I have ever been to and brilliant value at 60 Euros per week. The la calletta restaurant is a must as the tasting menu is brilliant.

We spent a week in this new, tastefully designed hotel. The highlight for us was the ‘chill area’ with its architectural awnings, white curtains and comfortable loungers. The only downside, in our opinion, was Puerto del Carmen itself which is very commercialised. However there are some restaurants with nice views overlooking the port. We had a rented car but you can come to stay here by bus. It provides free transport to Lanzarote airport. The breakfast was excellent with chosable eggs, and excellent cold meat selections. One of the best possible o/night or longer stays near the airport.

The place is stunning! It is a very special place with people that love to have people to stay and have the best time. It is a personal stay, very relaxed and calming. The breakfast is phenomenal!!! We will 100% return!

Breakfast was lovely but only had dinner on the first night as not very good, but will definitely stay again.

Come here twice a year, this year we chose to have a junior suite, with a spa bath on the balcony. Love bright clean room. Nicely decorated with very large comfy bed. Television in the sitting room part, and also one to watch in bed. Tea and coffee making facilities, always restocked every day. Rooms cleaned daily. Food great as usual, and a nice bar for drinks, also a sports bar below for music in the evenings. The two infinity pools are great and always plenty of loungers around the pools....

Service was exceptional from the moment we arrived at reception. We arrived several hours before check in time and we were given welcome drinks and allowed to go through the check in process and leave our luggage at reception whilst we went and explored Playa Blanca. When we got back at check in time, all was ready for us and our luggage had been delivered to our suite. The suite itself was very clean and spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel grounds and the pool areas were kept immaculate....

Had an amazing time , lovely people , lush breakfast , lovely nice big room , lovely hot shower.. great vibes , met lost of nice people here. Location for me is great close to beach and town . I have booked to come back December to surf riders . Keep up the good work beautiful team

Nice hotel, lovely rooms and amazing food! Close to supermarket and shops and numerous restaurants and bars. A 3 min walk from the beach. Has a small shop on site for gifts and booking excursions. My advice would be to book a sea view room (away from the hustle and bustle of the evening and pool entertainment) and go half board to take advantage of the amazing food. We absolutely loved our stay here. Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff, nice big rooms, beautiful pool area, great breakfast buffet, close to beach/town, and most of all: really quiet and relaxing place. We will definitely stay there again.
