"We had a family stay of 7 adults. The rooms were clean, the housekeeping was great and the kitchenette was helpful. The staff was always informative and responded quickly to any issue, especially Jose! Being able to rent a taxi at the door, so close to Coco Cafe (great breakfast), and we were able to walk to town if you are up to a couple of miles. The breakfast at the hotel was solid as well. The pool was clean and relaxing, hot tub was great. We were there during a cool front with high winds but were able to snorkel for two days. Jose was incredibly informative and took the time to show us a variety of options during the cool days. Overall great vacation, would definitely stay there again. I will mention that the pictures of the room online that were posted on Expedia were not representative of the rooms we had and our rooms were not connecting (which was fine) though they were next to each other. I thought I rented the family unit that looks like a bungalow, and that was incorrect. "

"We visited Blue Angel for a week. The dive shop is located on property. You walk to the end of the dock to catch the boat each morning. Shore diving is included The restaurant is excellent. Friendly staff who make it a point to learn your names & welcome you each time you visit. We ate the majority of our meals at the resort because of the excellent food and laid-back atmosphere. We truly felt like VIPs! (Special shout out to Diego, Armando, & Jared) We enjoyed a made to order breakfast each morning of our stay."

Bellboy Armando is very good at answering questions and helping you find everything you need to have a memorable vacation. "Well, the absentee host was extremely slow to respond, if she responded at all. I had to reach out to here to obtain check in instructions. When I let her know that there was NO INTERNET, as promised, AND NO RUNNING WATER, nothing was done in the generous timeframe I gave her.She lied to VRBO when I cancelled my reservation through disgust and asked for a refund. She claimed that I would not give her representatives the keys when I was asked (I wasn’t for the keys from anyone), and she claimed I was rude (to whom?!? No one showed up to fix these grievous problems).The tiled floor showed signs of water damage. The overpowering smell of bleach did not do enough to mask the smell of mold and damp.VRBO COMPLETELY FAILED to vet this property, and STILL have not refunded my money.The host clearly shows the same traits as many in the area, where they want the money but are TOO LAZY to do what is necessary to earn it.RUN FOR THE HILLS DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY OR ANYTHING FROM THIS GREEDY, USELESS, LAZY HOST"
