Currently pregnant and asked for an extra pillow - they need a $25 deposit to receive an extra pillow. Then they couldn't even find an extra pillow to give me anyways. Bed was horrible - every time me or my husband moved the whole bed was a huge spring that caused us both to wake up. Breakfast had an omelet/daily special which was great, however breakfast was extremely limited outside of that - a waffle or cereal were the only options. Not even close to the normal breakfast at the many other Best Western's I've stayed at. Staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. But it wasn't worth the stay.

But please let us know of any issues immediately as we will try our best to take care of it immediately. We could have moved you to a diffrent room. As far as the breakfast its better then a lot of other hotels and several options too. As far as the extra pillow only if we have some available which there may have been ome for you but we charge a deposit due to guests taking the extras home and we have nothing available which adds up in expenses. Great for the price. The kitchen staff for breakfast , are very nice and talkative. The shower head was awful. . We told the front office and they changed it out right away.

For the most part the hotel was clean and the breakfast was good for what it was. fresh omletes. But dont go with a big appetite. Its limitations will stifle your urge to overeat.

Great stay, Amazing breakfast!
It was so warm and welcoming when we checked in. Rooms were roomy and clean. Breakfast crew was so friendly and the complimentary breakfast was AMAZING!

We love this hotel, it is our go-to in Pueblo! Wonderful staff, housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, everyone!
Indoor heated pool and steam room. Superb breakfast and omelets made to order. Fantastic coffee too. 10 out of 10 stars!!

The breakfast was awesome. Hot Omlettes made to order, prepare your own yogurt bowl with toppings you can choose.. The hotel itself was great. Room was comfortable, nice and clean.. Checkin and Checkout was smooth. We stayed only a night.. would definitely recommend to other travelers..

It was a good place for my husband and I to stay one night. It wasnt bad but wasnt great. The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. The room smelled, the walls are paper thin, breakfast wasnt a lot of options. It was fine, but just fine.
