Lobby in front of room in a small area, you can here what is going on there and garage door under the room, open several times at night or early in the morning while trying to rest, really noise, room really nice, no a/c available

Todo excelente, tanto servicio como instalaciones, el unico punto es que hay que esperar a que los empleados salgan fe trabajar para poder guardar el vehículo ya que ellos guardan sus coches en la cochera del hotel

La habitación estaba limpia y espaciosa, sin embargo el colchón parecía de cartón y nuestra habitación no tenía cortinas dando al mini patio incluido, por lo que se metía toda la luz en la mañana. Las paredes son muy delgadas y se escucha todo, especialmente si están en la planta baja cerca de la recepción.

La habitación muy funcional, el detalle solamente fue que en el lugar de trabajo donde esta el escritorio no funcionaban los contactos, me prestaron una extensión para solventar el problema, por otro lado una de las almohadas estaba manchada de maquillaje En general son solo detalles, pero le estancia fue excelente

Ubicación conveniente para moverse en auto en la ciudad aunque no está particularmente cerca de ningún punto de interés. El estacionamiento techado es limitado a 6-8 coches, afortunadamente sí había lugar. Las habitaciones están ya un poco necesitadas de renovación de acabados, aunque en general están bien. En mi habitación (la 15) las ventanas no cerraban bien y el blackout era muy pesado así que no se podía abrir solo la mitad porque el peso hacía que se fuera hasta abajo de la ventana.

La habitación es muy pequeña, no tiene escritorio ni silla para trabajar, no ponen pañuelos desechables, no tienen aire acondicionado, no ponen toallas para secar manos y las toallas que hay para la regadera eran blancas ahora son grises y el estacionamiento que ofrecen es limitado, cuando regresas a descansar ruegas porque haya lugar disponible

Mal servicio de un encargado

al final se quedó una persona extra y llegó un encargado y dijo que no podía estar en la habitación. altas horas de la noche. le dije que pagaría su costo extra pero se negó a aceptarlo y quería sacarla del hotel en ese momento. se me hizo un pésimo criterio, al final me enteré que sí se podía pagar una persona extra.

Muy bien la atención muy buena solo si el personal de limpieza debería hacerlo mejor ya q solo se vio como q te dieron la cama pero no cambiaron sábanas y la limpieza por encimita porque ni movieron muebles pero en general bien, creo q la limpieza es muy importante
