"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at HA hotel, the staff were super friendly & helpful, the hotel was extremely clean & had excellent facilities. The pool was fantastic & having access to the paddle court was a bonus. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant. The view from the terrace & rooms was the icing on the cake. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so enjoyable "

"The location is amazing, a 5 minute walk to grocery stores and restaurants. The rooms are clean, the beach is perfect. If you decide to eat at the on-site restaurant, Anna you will not be disappointed. The food was outstanding, the customer service was impeccable. If i could have stayed longer I would have. My family was stranded because of the airline strike and the front desk staff did everything in their power to help and accommodate us during this difficult time. I would recommend this resort to everyone. 10 stars is not enough for this resort. It was a perfect stay."

"Complaint! We recently booked the Seven Hills Camping lodge in Rome. You did not book for us what we had requested. All they had for us was a small room with 2 twin beds. Also only a part of the money we sent you went for the booking. We had to pay much more to get a self contained upgrade. Needless to say we were not happy. Also, back on Feb. 28th we had booked a hotel room near the airport in Nairobi. We were forced to cancel that reservation and yet we were never refunded by the hotel or by you. "Beautiful property and very spacious for families!"

"They advertised rooftop and that was not it, just a sad patio with some chairs Also it said pillow top bed, no it wasn’t. Only 2 flat pillows with a very ugly and uncomfortable cover. Sad depressing “decoration” But very nice and friendly team and the breakfast was a very nice surprise "
