"Beautiful, modern hotel. Very pretty with lovely landscaping and pool area. The pool attendant appeared to do very little w no guest interaction that I saw. The Restaurant is very pretty and has a lovely ambience in the evening. Unfortunately , the dinner we had was subpar in both food and service. It was so disappointing to see what could have been a wonderful evening , ruined by a clear lack of management one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Our order was taken by a waiter, whom we never saw again until we were leaving. A young food runner with very limited english served our food, cleared the table and presented the bill. No one came to check if we wanted another glass of wine or even to see if everything was ok after the food was served. My husband had fried calamari and prawns that were the size of the ones we fish with in Florida. My pasta dish was spaghetti with prawns and lime. The prawn pieces were so small and few in number that I could barely find them. It is a shame that such a beautiful restaurant is so lacking in management (ie staff training and food quality control). The front desk people were polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good. The airport shuttle (7 euros pp) was very convenient. Our room was modern, clean and nicely decorated. My advice would be it’s a great place to stay to be near the airport, but definitely take a short Uber ride to a nearby restaurant for dinner"

"We stayed here twice during our recent trip to Italy. Location is great, walking distance to many sights and restaurants, as well as Roma Termini. During our first stay, our room and bathroom were tiny and cramped, in need of an update, with a noisy A/C unit. Our second stay however, had us in a much more larger room that had been recently renovated - much more comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast has a variety of options available, including made to order coffee from the bar, however the quality is pretty average."
