Stylish house and garden in central Southsea

We're just a few yards from the shops, cafes and restaurants of Albert Road and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Our place is an ideal central base for exploring Southsea and South Hampshire. There are three double bedrooms, separate dining and living spaces and a kitchen equipped with everything you'll need for your stay. The house was completely renovated in 2021, we hope you like it!

Our place is great as a base for a family trip to the coast, or a getaway for a group of friends exploring Portsmouth's attractions. We pride ourselves on keeping everything clean and tidy and the house is professionally cleaned before each booking. All bedding and towels are also professionally cleaned and pressed after each stay.

The house has its own entrance with easy, hassle-free contactless self check-in. We provide free permits allowing you to park on the street outside the house. During 2020/2021 we have completely renovated the entire house, so everything is fresh for you to enjoy. At the front of the house there's a cosy dining room with loads of games and books for you to enjoy and a Sonos speaker for music. The separate living room has two sofas, a 55" TV as well as another Sonos speaker and decorative fireplace.

We loved picking all the prints and decorations around the house and hope you enjoy them!

The kitchen has been freshly renovated, with microwave, oven, toaster, kettle and fridge with freezer compartment. We also have a Nespresso coffee machine for you to use.

The bathroom has also been recently upgraded with L-shaped bath, shower above, heated towel rail, a separate toilet and washer/dryer.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and the master room with a king-size bed. All the rooms have mirrors and hanging space for clothes and the two doubles also have console tables/desks that can be used as work stations. The master bedroom has a Sonos speaker.

Last but not least, in the back garden - which is our favourite place on a sunny afternoon/evening - you'll find a table and four chairs to relax in, with a canopy of lights overhead. The garden gets the sun from mid-morning until near sunset, so it's a great spot to have meals or relax in. We love sitting on the patio with a bottle of wine or two and enjoying the sun and often switch the lights on and sit out back with a board game in the evening.
