"Great stay, clean and tidy."

"Overall stay was ok, standard rooms are a little bit no frills but clean and comfortable. Buffet / restaurant staff weren’t the friendliest in my opinion, food was ok."

"I would describe the stay as travelodge level rooms- fairly basic. Probably a 2-3 star stat. Standard of cleanliness isn’t great- the room had a faint smell of damp or urines. The mugs in the room were also dirty The facilities were surprisingly impressive- a good sized pool and proper gym. We stayed here and spent the first day in Portsmouth and the second day in Chichester. It’s a good and accessible location."

"I loved my stay at Leonardo! Cosy room, beautifully decorated spaces, and a lovely staff. The location was perfect for me- a short cab or a meandering walk from the rail line, right across the street from stunning parks. My only complaint would be a few missed spills and stains in the room, but the core items, bed, shower, toilet, were perfectly clean and maintained."

"Lovely hotel, staff are very helpful. The hotel has found extra ways to charge the customer, for example parking now has a fee and this doesn’t even reserve a parking space, sometimes it’s full due to events or golf, being a guest doesn’t give you access to the spa, i booked a treatment with the spa and this treatment was around 80 mins, that should tell you how much it cost, and even that didnt give me access to the rest of the spa just the treatment room, though the treatment itself was amazing. I found the whole experience bizarre as I have never been to a four star hotel and was charged extra for literally everything apart from the room, wouldnt it make sense to make everything inclusive even if that means paying that bit extra?. Anyway that’s my take on the whole experience."

"The room wasn't as clean as expected. The electric outlets didn't work. Someone came rapidly to fix it. At the restaurant, the server didn't bring us water like the others neither come back to see how we were doing. It is a good quality price. Even with those inconvénients, we would go back for a short journey. One or two days."

"I had a truly lovely stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their friendly approach really made the whole experience feel special and relaxed. The room itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything was clean, fresh, and comfortable, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy the stay. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the rooms to such a high standard. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The combination of such kind, helpful staff and a clean, comfortable room made my stay thoroughly enjoyable, and I would happily return again."
