We stayed for 3 days sunday to wednesday,and were cery pleased with the hotel. The room(24) was the Superuor suite and was lovely and spacious,very clean and had amazing views of the harbour. Tea coffee and biscuits were topped up daily. There was a choice of breakfasts hot or cold, we opted for full english! The car park is great as it is right next to the hotel, and very safe. Very traditional inn experience! Beautiful town with everything within walking distance. Staff are warm, chatty and more than happy to fufill requests if able. Breakfast was served between 7:30 and 10 giving plenty of time to laze if needed. Breakfast is cooked to order not a buffet style. Overall a fantastic experiance.

We have stayed at this Hotel many times over the years while under different owners. It holds happy memories for us and is a must return hotel visiting Arundel. The very new owners are absolutely charming and made sure our stay was perfect. They run the whole hotel and restaurant all by themselves and so from what we could see we are sure their hard work will return success for them. The Hotel itself is on top of a restaurant run by the new owners which we didn’t dine in as Wed to Sat opening....

Amazing hotel and spa and have been a number of times. Stayed for two nights and had an amazing spa day with two treatments. Decided to upgrade to a superior garden twin room which was adequate but if I was being extra picky there are a couple of observations that would have improved the room itself. There was no safe or full length mirror and the wardrobe and draw space were tiny also there was nowhere to sit in front of a mirror to apply makeup and dry our hair.
