"Close to cruise terminal"

"We arrived a bit early, off the Queen Anne cruise ship. George, greeted us at reception & promptly offered a secure room, where our luggage would be safe, until check in. Once our room was ready, George & staff, helped us move our bags to the room. Room was clean & had a comfortable bed. Overall, the hotel suited our needs well. If you’re young & fit, this place is a nice choice. It’s a short walk from ASDA shopping center & bus line that runs from Southampton to Winchester. Plans for my next trip to England, will include this excellent location. Maybe I’ll get to swim in the pool…"

"We stayed here before a cruise. The room was very nice and comfortable. It’s within walking distance of a shopping mall and several restaurants. The buffet breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they stored our luggage for us. It’s a very safe area. "

"From check in till departure staff were brilliant. Attentive ,curteous, knowledgeable. This is a hotel undergoing and undergone renovation. Not only in its physical sense but also in its service its guests. I hope to see the Spa reopen with pool. Not withstanding this a very pleasent stay and breakfast was great both in quantity and presentation. "

"We only stayed one night but we were so impressed. The property is stunning. The restaurants and bars were great giving me London vibes. All of the staff we dealt with from reception to restaurant were fantastic. The room itself was stylish and super clean. We will definately be back next time we visit Southampton."
