"I can't say enough about our amazing stay at Perle d'Ambra!!! Our host was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the process. The accommodations are absolutely beautiful with lovely artistic touches all around. The location is amazing - within the city walls, but close enough to the gate so that it is very walkable from the parking area with your luggage. If you are considering staying here, stop looking elsewhere and make the reservation! 😊"

"This place was great. We loved the location and the breakfast were outstanding. Room was large and cool. We had a bathtub and it was very relaxing and comfortable. they even had a bicycle we used to drive around the city walls. Loved it!"

"Great holiday apartment in Lucca, Tuscany! Everything was exactly as described, clean, and very well equipped. The host was extremely friendly and provided excellent recommendations for exploring the surrounding area. His restaurant suggestions were also perfectly in line with our taste.We especially appreciated being allowed to store our e-bikes safely, even though this had not been arranged in advance. Highly recommended!"

"Our third stay here, which should tell you everything. The ideal location is a few minutes walk from the heart of Lucca in a quiet little back alley, each room is a little bit of heaven, thoughtfully curated to make them all a cosy home from home with lovely views across the city rooftops. The staff are superb and can't do enough for you and the alfresco breakfast to die for. Looking forward to my next visit."

"We feel very lucky to have found this place just outside the city walls of Lucca. Just outside the door is a bridge that takes you over the train tracks to get into the historic center. There was parking for us on site and the location felt very safe. Our room was very comfortable and clean with air-conditioning. Our hosts were so nice and very helpful. You will not find a better breakfast in the morning than here. It was almost like eating in a fine dining restaurant. We absolutely would stay here again."
