"It was a decent place to lay your head at especially for the price.The rooms were hot and stuffy, only one fan per room and certain people would hog it up for themselves. The staff was nice when I checked in but after that, there was no communication really. That didn’t bother me bc I keep to myself but I did notice the difference. I stayed in a room with a balcony and got scared at one point bc I heard someone climbing the balcony and getting in my room, I believe it was one of the owners lol...

We loved the delicious breakfasts, comfortable beds, amazing pools, and nearby Sorgeto Beach. Minus was a lack of non fish/seafood option as my partner doesn’t eat it but other that that food was good for me. "

"There are nearly 30 steps to enter the building. I booked last minute not knowing it would be difficult to enter the building to receive the key. I was lucky the housekeeper was there to help me. Phone number listed on Expedia had no service (taxi driver was trying to call for me). No regular reception hours.
Room was clean, but very basic. Not soundproof as listed - could hear TVs from other rooms, and all coming and going (but it was not a problem).
Conveniently located. Pool on rooftop is a large hot tub with cold water. Better to enjoy the beach."
"Very convenient location, near Forio port. Quite noisy, but the windows block most of the noise. The room was super dated with furniture from the ‘70’s. Same with the bar area.
The garden is nice with two thermal water pools, plus there’s a warm indoor pool. They have mud treatments and many other treatments in the spa area.
Breakfast is crowded and coffee from a machine is not acceptable, especially in the Campania region, which supposedly boasts the best espresso in Italy. Even the coffee from their bar is very mediocre. The staff is welcoming and kind and they do the best they can.
With such a prime location, this hotel has great potential and the owners should really improve the room decor and the breakfast/coffee."
