They were more than happy to tell us about the area, including places to eat and walks etc. Food was amazing...all cooked to order, and locally sourced. The attention to detail was brilliant...eg. Providing cold fresh milk in thermo canisters for our room. Home made shortbread to accompany fresh locally sourced...
