"Perfect venue for Castle events. Clean and wonderful staff. Good value. Outside doesn’t look that inviting but once inside a lovely entrance hall. Rooms had good amenities and a good view of the castle."

"Lovely hotel, with great facilities the room. Several mirrors, draws as well as wardrobe with plenty of hangers. Spare pillows, a room fan, hairdryer, luggage rack . . I was very pleased The breakfast was unexpected too. A lovely lobby with comfy chairs and dining tables, with a very good range of continental and some hot items. Buffet style so pleanty!. The staff were lovely at checkin & breakfast. Would definitely stay again."

"I'm in a wheelchair so requested an accessible room. One of the best/most accessible rooms i've stayed in. There is a big wide ramp out front with plenty of disabled parking. Room was large and open for maneuvering and bathroom had a sink, shower and toilet setup that was well thought out and simply just worked. I even used the pool which had a lift for disabled folks to get in/out. Had a great stay and a great time. Lovely friendly people and very helpful. My wife even pulled the bathroom emergency response by accident (looking for the bathroom light switch in the dark) and there were 2 staff members at my room inside 2 minutes to check on me. They weren't even annoyed, just happy nothing was wrong. They even had me fill out a form at check-in to address the plan in case of emergency/fire procedures when elevators would be shutdown. We agreed a plan and i got a say and signed it. I was very impressed with the whole setup. Would definitely stay again in the future. Starbucks in the lobby was a plus :-) "

"Excellent hotel , had a superior room with a view , but the only down fall was the air con wasn’t well in the room but other from that from the spa to breakfast top notch will be definitely returning in the future , the room was cleaned to a high standard to the staff on arrival was really welcoming, "
