"The house is nice but doesn’t have the Tuscany view that we all dream about it with a lot of tree around it. The driveway is not paved is very rough, if you have a sport car definitely you can’t drive in with out scratches or damage the car. Inside everything is very cheap (look like all IKEA stores) the beds are good and comfortable, the showers very small and i fell In twice special if you are 6.3 F or 193 cm . The host couldn’t have been more helpful -from the wonderful meals they prepared for us to the tour and travel arrangements they were on it!! The house is very comfortable and bedrooms comfortable and clean! We had a lovely time enjoying the hot tub. The pool would have been used except for the cool temps we had. "The location is really beautiful. There are constant shuttles to transport from one location to other within the property. Nice food options and music on specific days Clean Cabins If you have not booked shuttle from the Figline station to this place- you may have a hard time getting a taxi from the station. I recommend to plan ahead for the commute from the train station to this property."

"Nice quiet spot in the woods but very close to San Gimignano. Very clean. Comfortable beds. They don’t provide towels or soaps, but that is clear up front. You can rent towels if you want and they sell soap/ shampoo in the office. "
