"We have stayed here many times before but this was the first time we were disappointed with our visit. The property itself is good with comfortable rooms and a lovely outdoor pool. However, the service fell below what we would expect at this price point and based on our previous experiences. Each day at breakfast, we were not offered coffee as before, and had to make it ourselves. At one evening meal, we had to get a high chair for our baby ourselves despite asking the staff for it 3 times. I had arranged with the staff for a cake and candle for my wife's birthday in advance and this did not happen. I brought this to guest experience the next day who promised they would make sure it happened that night. It did not. We brought up all these issues on check out and were promised a phone call from a manager that day which again did not happen. We were left very disappointed with the level of service from an expensive resort and we will not be going back. "

"Almost everything was perfect. Great location with fantastic views, bed big and comfortable, overal the room was fantastic. Food was very good for a buffet with a huge choice that changed daily. Drinks are a reasonable price but limited beer choice, especially if you’re a bit fussy in that area. Only real negatives and to be aware of is very limited parking in the vicinity or at the hotel, nothing available when we arrived late at night and had to use a pay for car park 10 mins walk away, the hotel charges €20 per day and spaces are limited. Also the food at the pool bar was very mediocre. Overal fantastic quiet relaxing hotel with the best views in Tenerife. Highly recommend. "

"You will be staying in a section of a large resort. Your room may well be in amongst the all-inclusive families. Not an issue for us but if you are expecting exclusive adults only, then this is not the place for you. If you are expecting 5 star luxury, then this is not it. Don't spend money on a "premium/luxury" sunbed, the system felt like a scam, the service was terrible. We enjoyed sitting in the sun, we enjoyed breakfast and our room but anything app or service related ended up being met with impending dread. We were called many times by the manager to check we were ok after we wrote a complaint but it was all very awkward. We ended up ordering food for delivery from a place in the next village on two nights, the best food we had all week! They commented to us how bland the food was in the hotel without any prompting from us so it obviously has a reputation. I would suggest staying somewhere smaller that cares about the customer experience more. "

"Overall we had a great stay. Initially we weren't very happy with the room but the staff was super helpful and friendly, especially Rita who checked us in. The property is clean, food at the buffet is varied and tasty, lots of healthy options. The Spa is wonderful. It is 21€ per day, but when the weather is bad it totally worth it. Entertainment for adults was nice, different musician every night. But it would have been nice to have it on for a bit longer than 10:30pm. Overall it was good though. What surprised me is that 2 of the 3 restaurants weren't included, and this isn't clear when booking. The bar is also not included, not even coffees... again this is misleading when booking. However, Rita kindly gave us a voucher for one of the a la carte restaurant, which was lovely. "

"Overall, the hotel was good. The room was clean. Small maintenance is need, the lock on the patio doors didn’t work and the door to the room would intermittently fail to lock. The breakfast had good variety of food. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Only stayed 1 night as moving on elsewhere the following morning. We arrived late due to flight delay and unfortunately the man on reception didn't seem to have a clue what he was doing. We gave him a copy of the booking but all he could do was shake his head! He spoke no English and we spoke no Spanish. Fortunately another guest who was staying there did speak Spanish and explained to him. It then turned out he had the information he needed printed out in front of him with all our details. Thankfully he realised then and gave us the room key. It was a shame for him too as he was very confused. I do wonder what would have happened if the other guests hadn't stepped in and helped. We left the following morning and the lady on reception was lovely! Have stayed once before and had no problems. "
