This condominium on the second floor, called Jade, offers you a luxurious 2-bedroom suite fully furnished, and living room to enjoy an extended stay. The suite has two private rooms, the main one has a King bed, Smart TV, room darkening curtains, USB charging lamps, spacious closet, and private safe in the room. The guest room has a Queen bed, closet, and TV. The condo has a full bathroom with courtesy toiletries, towels, shower with rain shower head and sink. The separate living room has a sofa and flat screen TV and a small terrace. The kitchen area has a refrigerator, large microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and stove with pots, pans, and kitchen utensils included. Additionally, the kitchen is fully equipped with glasses, coffee mugs, wine glasses, plates, and cutlery for 4 people. Pool towels are also provided during your stay. Singular Joy Downtown has free WiFi in all public areas, the terrace has beautiful sea views and two large outdoor pools, a poolside bar and spa services. Additionally, the establishment offers concierge services. Please note that there is no parking available on site and that club noise can be loud during certain hours.
