Difficult to check in and not great.
Not so good. Shower curtain has mildew on it and the bathroom was shared. We arrived from the airport very late and gave the taxi driver the address. When he stopped outside we thought there might be a mistake as there was no sign and it didn’t look like a hotel. I checked the email which was all in Italian. It was 1am in the morning. However I saw someone else trying to enter the code for the front door and went in with them. I showed them my email and they helped us find and get into our room. The room was clean, however the bathroom was outside the room and required a key, so we assumed it was a shared situation. The shower curtain was dirty so I was reluctant to use it. There was no coffee or milk provided. If it hadn’t been for the other family we would have been stranded. Not a great feeling. I wouldn’t bother using this hotel again.

A wonderful place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Best bathroom we have had in Italy. Local area is great with a 10min. walk. Only down side is the check in process. There is no one on site or even local as far as we could see. O directions to find the room after you find thex uilding, then had to take photo of passport and text to someone you have not met or dont know in a different country. THATS SCARY

Location great, staff friendly, very simple
The staff were very friendly and even helped us call a cab for our departure. The location is great! Within walking distance of the tower. Nice, quiet neighborhood. The bed was not super comfortable and the broken screens let in mosquitos. Bathroom was private but separate. Overall, not bad, just pretty simple.

Confortable place in the city centre of Pisa
We had a grate stay! Very clean and quiet room with everything we needed. Good coffee and kitchen facilities. Michele was an extremely friendly and helpful host. Location of the place was very convenient.

Needs TLC
Needsto be painted and cleaned better mold around sink. Shower fan was flithy.floors needed to be moped. Smelled like smoke. Refrigerator need a cleaning. You must tell owner exactly what time or call when him when you get there. He was pleasure and came in 10 mins. Good place to stay for a night but no more than that.

Phone is very helpful for this hotel
No front desk makes arriving a bit of a gamble. We arrived around 6:30 pm and the owner/manager was not there. Luckily another guest opened the front door. Since our cell phone does not work in Europe and the other guest did not speak English it took a lot of charade playing to figure out what to do next (the other guest called the owner with their phone). In less than 10 minutes the manager was there and everything was great for the night. Room comfortable and clean. Great location for visiting the Tower plaza. When we went to check out we ran into the same need for a cell phone. No one from hotel was around and we were not sure how to leave our luggage while we had lunch before our flight. Again, once we contacted manager (same guest's phone) everything was easy and perfect.

Good nights sleep, great host. Lack of hot water
We stayed at Maison dei Miracoli for one night during our holiday in Tuscany. Michele was a great host, contacting us ahead of time to arrange a time to meet us for check in and allowing us to leave our luggage the following day while we explored Pisa before heading to the airport. The B&B was in a good location for exploring the city. The room was lovely - nicely decorated and also comfortable - we had a great nights sleep. However, when we arrived we wanted a shower before heading out for dinner. I got about 20 seconds of hot water and it then went ice cold. My husband got none. The following morning the same happened. Whilst we appreciate that others in the B&B may have been up and showered before us we do feel that there should be ample hot water. My only other negative point was that the bathroom was a separate room from our bedroom so if we needed to use the bathroom in the night we had to unlock our door and go out into the corridor to access it. Whilst this wasn't a great problem (the bathroom was for our private use) it was a little strange the next morning when other guests were in the hallway and we were out there in our pyjamas. Overall a good stay, great location and a wonderful host but the bathroom and lack of hot water let it down slightly.

La Maison dei Miracoli
The hotel is situated very close to the Tower of Pisa. We had room that fitted 2 adults and 2 children without any problem, but on the 1st floor. Parking is a little hassle and not free other than nights and weekends. The biggest problem was the missing AC, the fan was inadequate and while we were trying to keep the only window open, people from the street kept looking in. No privacy at all.

Good value, great location, smaller hotel.
Great location, a bit quirky decor, but fun, nice. No air conditioning, but in June we did not need it, there were fans that kept us cool. Nice staff, included breakfast. 5 minute walk to the Duomo and Leaning Tower! Also they covered on street parking. Recommend! Good Value.

Great location for things to see
This hotel is a great place for local restaurants and only 5-10 mins walk to the leaning tower. It is a 15 min walk from the train station and 25 min walk from the airport. the room and bathroom was clean. Im not sure if the hotel owns all the block as there was furniture in the stairs that looks like someone was moving out/not got room in their room for it. When we got their we paid for the room and owner tried charging us more than what was agreed on our confirmation (and this wasn't for the tax either) so that put us off. The breakfast wasn't upto scratch. It was pre-made up at 8.30 (we were told it was between 8.30-10) and if you weren't there at that time it went dry(we had stayed in Rome and Florence in the previous days with a proper continental buffet breakfast) It consisted of cheese and ham sandwiches, 1 croissant, half a packet of little French toasts, set at the table for us. Also 2 cups of coffee already made up and on the first day we were told if the coffee was cold to use the microwave to warm it up!! I don't drink coffee and there was no other option to have anything to drink as they didn't have tea or fresh water. on the last day we had pizza served for breakfast. Also no tea and coffee facilities in the room even though it's stated on the advertisement. All in all a good hotel but let down was the breakfast.

I highly recommend Maison dei Miracoli. It is in a neighbourhood really near the city centre,yet on a quiet street. Michele is truly amazing and kind.We got breakfast at the hotel too, which was plentiful. The hotel was clean and very affordable.

Good Service and Location
Very thankful the hotel contacted us the day before our arrival to get our arrival information. Although our flight was delayed by an hour, we were still greeted around midnight and given access to the room promptly! The room was clean and in a practical location for the leaning tower and train station. The bathroom was not inside our bedroom, which wasn't an issue.

Common key for all the rooms!
We feel so insecure after we realize the hotel actually uses ONE COMMON KEY for all the rooms. We wouldn't have realized this if the hotel owner didn't mistakenly opened the room of another guest with our key. We were SHOCKED! We felt so unsafe that we even immediately booked another hotel on hotels.com in MIDNIGHT and moved to another hotel right away.

Excellent Bed & Breakfast
It was my first time traveling to Europe and I had a blast, the host Michele Priami even prepared an original dish of Italian pasta for my birthday. The whole experience was GREAT and I highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone traveling to Pisa, Italy.

Great B&B definitely recommend
We had a lovely stay at La Maison dei Miracoli, we felt really looked after and really at home, Michele the owner was very friendly and gave us a few great recommendations for places to eat. The room was brilliant just what we needed and the location was super (short walk to the Tower :) ) breakfast was very generous too, would definitely recommend this B&B 5*

The owner was brilliant
We only stayed there for one night. It is a good B&B and I would recommend it for 1 or 2 nights. I have read the other comments (good or bad) and agree with what people said. The best thing about the place was the owner Michelle. He was extremely helpful. He let us keep our luggage in the room for the day as our flight was late. He recommended a restaurant. He called a taxi. He told us how much it should cost and we did not get ripped off by the driver. It is nice to have somebody who is trying his best to help and I rate Michelle very highly for his kindness and his help. To marks.

Michele is the friendliest person we met in Italy!
We've been to Pisa, Florence and Venice and had a few encounters of hotel staff. Michele is the best, he's helpful and very polite. Will definitely be going back there to stay :)

El aire acondicionado no sirve, el mosquiteros de la ventana esta roto y todos los mosquitos se entran a la habitacion, el colchon tiene mold. La habitacion huele a humedo. Lo unico Bueno es la localizacion.

Det var et lille og hyggeligt hotel tæt på det skæve tårn og de små gader med en masse spisesteder. Dog kunne man se at der tidligere ved besøg af myg, var disse blevet slået ud på væggene. Poetry værelset som vi boede på, kunne sengen godt trænge til en opgradering, da den knirkede og larmede bare man vente sig. Den føltes ikke særlig stabil. Og det tilstødende køkken virkede ikke så rent.

Séjour à Pise
Établissement qui est très bien situé, a proximité de la Tour de Pise ! Une chambre assez spacieuse pour un couple, mais dommage la literie n'est pas fameuse car le lit grince beaucoup ! Sinon il y a l'equipement nécessaire dans la chambre, TV, armoire.. donc bien. Point négatif, la salle de bain est privée mais elle est dans le couloir et non dans la chambre. De plus dans le salle de bain, des traces d'humidité mais sinon un petit kit de bienvenu avec du savon, du shampoing donc bien. Sinon vous pouvez avoir accès à cuisine équipée donc ça peut être pratique pour de longs séjours. Propriétaire accueillant et sympathique.

La struttura è vicinissima ai punti di interesse della città. Il check-in e il checkout sono veloci e semplici. La camera e il bagno sembravano puliti ma peccato per la manutenzione generale che manca. Ci vorrebbe una bella rinfrescata alla pareti e qualche appoggio nel bagno che nel mio caso era esterno alla camera.

personale inesistente, siamo stati istruiti per sms , ambiente umido e con brutto odore di chiuso, l'ambiente era pulito. Con finestra aperta per arieggiare abbiamo visto un ratto nel davanzale del terrazzo per fumatori, proprio di fronte alla nostra finestra!!!!

내부은 오래되었지만 깨끗하게 관리되고 있었다. 침실과 화장실도 넓고 나쁘지 않았다. 다만 호텔이 아니라서 늦은 시간에 도착하면 관리인과 잘 연락이 되지 않아 이른 시간에 도착하지 않을 거면 호텔로 예약할 것을 추천하고 싶다.

La habitación llena de mosquitos de los que pican. Llamamos y no tuvimos respuesta así que tuvimos que salir de urgencia a buscar un repelente para poder dormir. Menos mal que solo estuvimos una noche. Por este precio creo que se pueden encontrar cosas mucho mejores. La habitación triste y sin luz

Vicinissimo all'ospedale ma ambiente spartano
Posizione invidiabile, vicinissimo ad uno degli ingressi dell'ospedale di Santa Chiara (e quindi in centro) ma contesto molto spartano. Situato al piano terra di una strada però non particolarmente rumorosa, il b&b ha una cucina in comune che però può essere causa di disturbo per chi, come noi, sta nella camera immediatamente posta sul retro (l'accesso alla nostra camera era dalla cucina). La stanza "Poesia" ha un intonaco un poco rovinato in alcuni punti (per affioramente di umidità evidentemente) e il lavandino del bagno con un evidente danno causato da qualche oggetto pesante cadutoci sopra. Il letto poi ci è sembrato particolarmente corto e noi siamo normo altezza). Una piccola tv offre un qualche svago in stanza. Quindi, se volete risparmiare e stare vicino all'ospedale o al centro, questo b&b fa al caso vostro. Se volete un poco di confort o di charme, scegliete altra destinazione.

Nice B&B near the tower
During this trip, we didn't stay much in the room. But it was really nice, the rooms are beautiful and near to the tower and the restaurants. (Try the restaurant of the hotel Amalfitano. It's excellent). But the cleanliness of the room and the linen could have been better.

Удобный но своеобразный
Отель очень своеобразный, 4 комнаты и посредине общая кухня. В отели нет ресепшена, поэтому есть некоторые неудобства, нужно конкретно договариваться о времени заселения, а то будешь стоять на улице. Звукоизоляция в отели желает лучшего, приходилось просыпаться по ночам, когда соседи приходили поздно. Не понравился холодный кафельный пол в номере, из-за него очень не уютно и холодно, хотя на улице было 20 градусов. В отели чисто. Один плюс отеля, что была оборудованная кухня, правда за пользование нужно отдельно платить. Бесплатно можно пользоваться только чайником, холодильником и микроволновкой. До Поля Чудес довольно близко идти, минут 10. Один из плюсов отеля, что он расположен близко к железнодорожной станции Pisa S. Rossarе, потому что до железнодорожного вокзала далеко. Также рядом автобусная остановка городского автобуса, на котором можно за 1,20 Евро добраться в/из аэропорт.

posizione strategica, comodità e stile
Ottima accoglienza, colazione con merendine e cialde del caffè latte e ciò che offre una casa. Ti danno la chiave per rientrare quando si vuole, stanza carina con un enorme violino dipinto, termosifone da regolare autonomamente, comodini con luci, tv, armadio e scrivania. Bagno con doccia un po rottina ma pulita e con termosifoni che scaldano gli asciugamani!!!! Niente phon però né saponi per doccia. C'è un comodo terrazzino perfetto per i fumatori poco curato ma più che accettabile. Cucina e frigo utilizzabili. Gentili nel permettere il deposito bagagli. Per me è stata un'ottima sistemazione anche per la posizione a metà tra la torre e il centro. In 20 minuti si arriva alla stazione dei treni poi.
