This is a great hotel especially if arriving in Florence by train. The room we had was presented with a balcony and a jacuzzi bath. The room was spacious and clean but it lacked plugs needed for charging of various electrical items. The staff on reception were informative and helpful. We opted to use their Spa facility for an hour one evening at €58 Euro - exclusive use was good but not sure if value for money. The gym was being used and looked good. We had breakfast included - whilst this was a good breakfast fresh fruit was not always on show and not replenished quickly.On our last morning the coffee ran out and we gave up waiting. I was also advised that i was only allowed two Espresso's made by the waitress or I would have to pay and additional amount. Otherwise a very pleasant stay and would recommend for location.

Very clean, excellent staff and the location is perfect. Just steps away from the train station. And a 15 min walk to Pisa tower.

It was perfect for us because it was close to the train station and we needed a place to stay for one night and catch the train in the morning. Quiet, easy to find, clean.

OK for anyone that’s out there this is a safe hotel it’s close to the center and their breakfast is actually pretty good so I would get this five stars based on my travel abroad throughout my whole life. I’ve been in Italy over three dozen times at least… enjoy.

It's clear Hotel La Pace had a lot of history from the art displayed throughout. The staff were excellent and friendly. The location by the train station was great, and convenient with a late flight in and an early flight out.

Nicely located across from the train station. The area was a little sketchy, but the hotel was good. And a good walking distance to the Tower… Leaning Tower of Pisa.

A lovely, newly rennovated hotel. Very clean. Staff were friendly, and knowledgable, made me feel at ease Breakfast buffet was awesome with real, fresh eggs.

The hotel is very close to train station. The hotel and rooms are very dated. We had a window which had shutters that didn't open - so didn't have any natural light. The beds were reasonably comfortable. The staff are friendly.

Hotel was a little tired and air conditioning was not very strong, but their receptionist was efficient, friendly & helpful . Location of the hotel was really good, stone’s throw from the station without any stairs except one step up to hotel lobby

What a fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived (a short 20 minute walk from the airport) we were welcomed very warmly by the lovely girl at reception. She explained everything clearly to us and advised us of a few places we could grab a bite to eat - thank you so much we had a lovely meal at the restaurant you recommended. The room was comfortable - the pillows were so so soft. There was coffee and a kettle in the room - an unexpected treat. Breakfast was delicious - so many options. I filled up before a big day of sightseeing with freshly made pancakes, croissants, hot eggs, bacon and sausage and toast. There were tons of juices and delicious coffee too. When it came time to check out we were dealt with by another extremely friendly girl. We were able to store our luggage safely which was a huge help for us. When we returned the girls let me charge my phone for a while. The hotel is a stone's throw from the train station and there are plenty of restaurants and bars. It's a very short walk to the main shopping street where you can find h&m etc. Highly recommended! I loved how kitch this hotel was. I saw my first ever Macintosh computer and loved showing this to my son. The hotel is full of little retro items which makes it so unique and special. Thank you!

The hotel location is excellent for the train station and walking around Pisa city centre. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel entrance is in a coverev alley which was dirty and not terribly attractive. The hotel itself was clean but the room we stayed (a standard double) was really tired and dated.

Good overall
Very close to the train station. Room was comfortable. Breakfast and staff were excellent. Kept our bags after check out so we were free to explore the city. Restaurants, shops, etc. are very close. Pretty easy walk to the Leaning Tower and other sites worth visiting.

This was a great place to stay in Pisa, especially if you want to be near the train station. It was very helpful to us that we were able to store our luggage there before check-in and after check-out. Everyone on staff was very helpful and kind.

La Pace is very outdated. Very small shower- could only stand in one spot (can’t bend or turn). Entrance to hotel is a bit sketchy, and hard to find. I had To turn around a few times to locate it. Although it is directly across from Pisa centrale station - which is convenient- it’s is a good 20 minute walk across the bridge to the “tourist” district. If you are only planning to stay 1 night (maybe 2), it’s tolerable. But if you’re looking for modern, this is not the place. Also note: they clean with high grade chemicals. It was so strong it made me nauseous I had To change rooms.
