"Check-in was a little slow as self check-in kiosks were not working; clerk did offer a significant room upgrade to a top floor suite for a fairly minimal amount which we took advantage of. The Batman Suite was huge with a separate living room, stand up shower and separate bathtub and three televisions (including one in the bathroom). Wonderful trip overall, other than the departure flight delay and rebooking to a later connecting flight out of Houston. And, of course, the expected losses at the casinos."
"Very safe, great security and clean place to stay. Staff was helpful and friendly. staff members are easily accessible 24/7. Only constructive criticism I can give is that the food/beverage options in the hotel could be improved upon as the coffee shop was overpriced for the quality of their food/beverages offered . Was a 10/10 stay I have no regrets staying here at this property and was pleasantly surprised "
"The property was clean, beautiful and well lit. There were many dining options to choose from as well as entertainment. Visited other hotels on the strip and they were dull and not well lit. I would recommend the hotel to others or stay there again myself."
