"Pésima experiencia para un hotel que cobra más de $10k la noche. Al llegar el baño del lobby tapado con toda la suciedad flotando. El servicio del lobby bastante deficiente a la llegada, se tardaron más de 35 minutos en todo el proceso de check in (el cual ya habíamos hecho 2 días antes vía whats que ellos mismos solicitaron) El room service bastante deficiente, llegaron incluso a olvidar pedidos que literalmente nunca nos legaron. El servicio de los buggies para pasar por nosotros a la habitación bastante lento, hubo un día que llegaron a tardar más de 25 minutos y debido a esto llegamos tarde a una clase de ejercicio. Las instalaciones están muy padres, la actitud de los trabajadores es buena, pero definitivamente el servicio deja mucho que desear y no está ni remotamente relacionado al precio que pagas por hospedarte ahí."
