"The room was very nice! I stayed in the room that had two bedrooms. One had a queen bed and the other hat three twin beds. First, we were greeted by the loveliest receptionist, and she offered us a complementary glass of wine. That really said the tone! After that, she walked us outside and around the corner to where our room was. It was up three flights of stairs so that I would say is the only drawback. No elevator for this room, but it’s definitely worth it! Very beautiful sweet. I know the drawback is that it only has one bathroom but again we made it work. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The bed was comfy, breakfast had good choice of different options. Room was cleaned and tidied everyday. The only downside was at check-in where there was an expectation from the concierge showing us where our room was, that a tip had to be provided before he would leave our room. Apart from this we had a great experience at Rialto and would return."

"Hotel San Luca was an annex building and check in was at another hotel just a short walk away. The hotel provided clear instructions for check in and were fantastic. When we arrived we were greeted and helped into the lobby with our luggage. After confirming our check in we were lead to the annex building and our luggage was carried up to our room for us. The staff was super friendly and helpful answering any questions and offering information they thought we might like. The location was fantastic just minutes away from the grand canal in one direction and San Marco Square in the other. I would definitely recommend!"
