"Hotel Rialto was a fantastic place to stay for two nights while exploring Venice, Italy. The hotel is within steps of the famous Rialto Bridge, access to gondolas, water taxis, water bus and more. The walk from the train station wasn’t too bad if you carry light luggage. If you have lots of luggage, take a water taxi. Walking to the many famous sites and exploring the city and canals was made easy by Hotel Rialto’s location. The room was sizeable and we enjoyed a balcony overlooking the Rialto bridge. The food at Ristorante Rialto was excellent and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was also very good with a wide selection to choose from. If it’s your first time in Venice, the Hotel Rialto was a a definite plus for access to all Venice has to offer. This review is submitted by a couple from Iowa."

"The location of the hotel is ideal, backing onto San Marcos. We paid for a view and it was great that have a view of the Basilica. The square is of course crowded and noisy but it is a vibrant and happy noise. The hotel itself is a bit dark and musty. The breakfast is consistent and good but doesn’t have eggs made to order, only scrambled eggs with bacon. Of course the espressos are amazing. The staff is professional and helpful. There are some steps to deal with in the hotel."

"This hotel is all about location. The staff are kind and helpful, the beds are comfortable, and I found the rooms to be clean and in working order. The breakfast was meh. For what we were looking for- a decently comfortable hotel at a (somewhat) reasonable price right near San Marco- it worked perfectly. I would stay here again for that reason."
