Hotel is beautiful and the room was very clean, the fridge was always stocked and beds were made and the trash was taken out each day. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly.

Le personnel très attentionné sauf au bar. Après une heure d’attente , on ne m’avait pas apporté ma consommation.
Deux employées au déjeuner conversaient sans s’occuper des clients.

This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here.
