"We (2 adults l, 2 kids—6&8) stayed here for two nights with a night in the middle when we left for a cruise in Ha Long bay. The staff were incredible! As soon as we arrived, they grabbed bags from our car, then grabbed and stored them in between our stays. The breakfast was delicious and you could order off their menu for freshly made omelets and pho for free. We feel pretty lucky to ha w found this place for our family. It was comfortable and lovely."

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made my experience memorable was the exceptional hospitality, especially from the breakfast restaurant team. The breakfast service was absolutely outstanding! Every morning, the restaurant staff greeted guests with warm smiles, genuine kindness, and attentive service. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and attention to detail made breakfast such a pleasant experience. You can truly feel how much they care about their guests. I would especially like to recognize Hanna, the manager, for her exceptional professionalism, leadership, and hospitality. She is incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making sure every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of.
