I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good with a nice selection of food. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

The location right in the old quarter is unbeatable. The staff are all super friendly and helpful with anything that you need. The breakfast was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The best walking streets are right outside the door.

Really lovely hotel, incredibly helpful staff, particularly the front desk. I am an older traveller and here on my own, the hotel feels safe, knowledgable and secure. Breakfast is amazing rooms clean and beautifully comfortable. Delighted with the stay so far.

This hotel is right in the middle of the shopping streets, restaurants, and train street. It’s also close to the lake which is beautiful. You can walk almost everywhere, the staff was helpful, the room had all the amenities, the lobby was elegant, and the roof top restaurant and bar had great food and views. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. A great location, walking distance to many of the sights we wanted to visit. Great room, good service and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was great and we enjoyed the rooftop bar! Highly recommended when going to Hanoi.
