The detached mobile home is functionally furnished. The property is located on a campsite. The residence is popular also due to its waterside location. This holiday property is family-friendly accommodation. Available for use: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

**Your mobilehome** consists of 1 floor, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 29 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 1 additional bed at sitting area and dinette. The dinette offers space for 7 persons. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 double bed. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Cooking nook in the living room with gas stove (4 burners) and refrigerator (freezer). 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.  
 In addition, your mobilehome is equipped with baby bed and high chair for children.  
  
**Holiday resort**  
National category 5 stars, reception, cash machine, 4 restaurants, pizzeria, bar, supermarket, kiosk and launderette. With four restaurant-pizzerias, including one with a spectacular lakeside terrace, a take-away, a snack bar and an ice-cream parlour, as well as fish & chips, culinary variety on the campsite is guaranteed.  
  
The campsite has a convenient supermarket with fruit and vegetables, a newsagent’s, a tobacconist’s and a souvenir shop. The bazaar offers a selection of goods for all needs.  
  
The campsite leaves nothing to chance: free Wi-Fi in public areas, cash machines, safes, washing machines and dryers (for a fee) for those who wish to make their holiday comfortable. Further services include a hairdresser, massages, a parapharmacy and a doctor available at set times. A convenient little train (for a fee) connects the campsite with the centre of Peschiera del Garda, making it easy to get around.

Situated in the beautiful surroundings of the southern Lake Garda, the campsite is the ideal destination for anyone wishing to spend an entertaining and relaxing holiday. Thanks to its strategic location, just 1 km from the lively centre of Peschiera del Garda and 7 km from the famous Gardaland amusement park, this campsite offers the perfect combination of nature, comfort and entertainment. For lovers of art cities, Verona can be reached in about 30 km. Access is directly from the main road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property. There is an EV charging station on the property.

The pools are open from April to September, depending on the weather.

Water sports enthusiasts can have fun at the water ski centre with canoes, SUP and adrenaline-fuelled activities such as parasailing and banana boats (at an extra charge). For those who want to keep fit outdoors, there is a free fitness room and a beach volleyball court.
