Excellent property. Everything feels new - solid wooden internal doors, downstairs wet room, spacious kitchen/diner, bi-fold doors to patio and garden...We were 4 couples and thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights. It's about a 10 min walk to the town. You need to cross the road to get to a path - as it's on a bend visibility isn't great so it can be a bit hairy - if you're planning on staying with kids you'll need to be extra careful. Overall I highly recommend this property.

This hotel is absolutely spotless John,Lorrena and the staff are amazing,this friendly hotel is a secret I will not keep there is nothing that is too much trouble.We had a lovely weekend and the chef cooked us a lovely dinner.We will be back soon

Beautiful hotel, parking is available but limited with very tight spaces and on a hill so be aware if you have a larger vehicle. Spa was lovely, staff were amazing, room was spacious. We didn't pay for a sea view, so our view was out onto a very run down and filthy roof top which made it feel more like being in the middle of a deprived city area rather than beautiful seaside resort. It didn't affect our stay, but worth knowing if you're planning a romantic getaway.

I stayed at the here for 7 nights and it was by far one of my favorite holidays thanks to Pentire Hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly which made my first ever visit to Cornwall very relaxing. The food was lovely, the room, leisure areas were very clean as well. I have already recommended the hotel to my friends and family and will recommend it to anyone visiting Newquay and wish to have a relaxing holiday.

I stay in a lot of hotels with my work trips and this is one of the best if not the best place to stay. From the moment you arrive you are welcomed with a warm, helpful and happy check in. All the staff are extremely polite and go out of their way to make your stay as relaxing and pleasent as possible. Exceptional service from happy friendly staff. Rooms are spacious clean and comfy. The location of the hotel gives fantastic views of Newquay and beyond. Cant recommend this hotel enough and i will definitely be back!

Business friendly very clean

We stayed in the game room as a family of two adults and two children. Great location. Walking distance to the town and loads of beaches. Cindy is such a friendly, warm, kind lovely lady! And Ashley was just as friendly. The room was tidy and clean, there were shower gel/shampoos/towels and tea/coffee and snacks there on arrival. My daughters loved the pool table in the room and we had fun. We had breakfast two mornings and the food was lovely. Lots to choose from and was cooked beautifully....

What a great place to stay - a real home from home. Excellent hosts - Paul and Chantelle could not have made us feel more welcome. Very clean, good breakfast, great location, parking - everything we needed and more.
