"We come to this hotel alot. And always find it good. It is in a great location and always enjoy ourselves. We had a slight mix up with our dinner reservation but Brad dealt with it quick and effectively even giving us a courtesy call to let us knkw a table had been available earlier than expected. All staff are friendly and proffesional."

The baked Camembert was supposed to come with toast but came with bread so we had to get them to bring toast by which point the cheese was cold. The mains were mediocre in presentation and taste. "The hotel is at the motorway service station but it is surprisingly quiet for the location. The hotel is a little dated but the room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Staying for one night on the way to the Malvern Show it worked perfectly for us."
