"My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. "Room spacious, very comfy beds. Opening window and radiator was ideal as due to having asthma, air con can make my condition worse so was glad to have options. Breakfast was an excellent selection. Staff attentive, happy to help, but left you be to relax and be a guest not a customer which so few hotels now do. Very pleased, will stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. "
