"Parking garage is a bit cramped"

"I had a bad experience during my five night stay. In my room, I found a fly animal in my coffee machine, leaking water through my shower door ( I fall after my shower), uncomfortable old mattress, and broken drawer along the other issue. Extremely disappointed for a luxury hotel!"

"Our room was dirty and had fingernail clippings all over from a previous guest. We booked this hotel for the pool and the hot tub. Neither were working and we were repeatedly told these would be fixed the next day. They were not. We went to another hotel for the remainder of our trip. I appreciated the refund for the two nights we didn’t stay there but was told I would receive a partial refund for the night we stayed there because of the issues. I don’t believe I received that. I wasn’t even emailed a receipt with the breakdown of charges or how they came up with the refund amount. Would not recommend and would not book here again. The room was big and had a kitchenette in it which would have been nice to use if it was clean. "
