"Room was well maintained and clean, with a very comfortable bed and large walk-in shower. Bathroom towels were well stocked (meaning the room didn’t need to be serviced every day). Perfect location for the Universities and easy access to Amtrak. Staff was very friendly as well."

My reservation was removed, and had to wait 20 mins to get it reinstated after arriving in the early AM. Not the value I was expecting. "

"I messaged them that I would have a very late check in and it was easy to check in when I arrived. I wish they would put a note somewhere that the lobby is not ground level but on the 3rd floor. I understand why they do this on the elevator but there has to be a more efficient way as the room key not always was detectable specially with luggage and kids in hand. Breakfast was good but messy not enough staff cleaning up behind people and also people not cleaning up after themselves. The room itself was clean and met our expectations."
