"Everything about staying at this property was a nice experience. From valet parking, you go straight to complimentary drinks once you check in. Staff is very helpful with showing you to your room and carrrying your luggage. During the stay all staff is very helpful and accommodating. There is a nice restaurant on site and a lounge in the lobby at night with a bar and a live dj some nights. There’s also a bar at the roof top pool. The views from the room are breathtaking and everything was clean. I would recommend staying here."

"Staff was nice but there was so much noise above us the entire time that we didn’t sleep during our stay. Valet isn’t patient with drop offs and pick ups in their zone (not lingering) and that’s unfortunate you’re paying so much in parking. Furniture being pushed around and guests children screaming in the halls. I typically visit for business and do frequent the restaurant and coffee bar. The WiFi is consistent and the food is great as well. I was here during spring break and came with my child; however, I’ve never seen the hotel like this during spring break and was shocked by the parents that let their children act as if it was Disney. I struggled to avoid noise this time because parents weren’t mindful of their own children and how they behave in a business establishment. This wasn’t typical. I’d gladly stay here again and give spring break another chance"

"Very clean aparthotel with amazing views, a 3-5 minute walk to train and bus, 10 minutes walk from riverside park. In university City so lots of students about (although school is out for summer) so felt very safe and walkable. Lots of food options and again, amazing views of the city and river. Room had a full size kitchen with dining area, large, modern, very clean bathroom and bedrooms. Will definitely stay again. Only downside is parking is in public parking garage right next door to hotel but does not belong to hotel. No in/out privileges u less you make a separate agreement with parking garage management"
