"Absolutely amazing helpful staff! Very short stay at extremely short notice due to being let down by another hotel. Immaculately clean breakfast amazing something for everyone beautiful view from our window of the promenade and sea front. If I had to pick a negative and this is the only thing no lift and stairs to rooms which may put some people off other than that 5* thankyou "

"The area is situated in the perfect place - about a two minute walk from the town centre, but not so close as to be noisy. The staff are genuinely lovely and always on hand to help. The website online states it has a pool and exercise facilities but this isn't the case - this was uploaded by the previous owner and they are unable to change it. The breakfast was nice - can have as much as you like, and it's cooked well. The room I stayed in was good for the price I paid (£35). I wasn't spending much time at the hotel itself as I had lots to do. My room was a little dirty and dingy in places but it suited my needs. The hotel felt a little run-down and outdated, and probably isn't overly suited for family stays, but if you're staying as a couple/individual who are going to be exploring etc. you can't beat it. Hotel itself has great potential, it needs a little work but it really can be great, and you can tell the staff are doing what they can with what they have. Llandudno turned out to be a fantastic place with so much to see and do - the history and scenery surrounding the area is astoundingly beautiful. Plenty of lovely places to eat too! Overall I had a lovely stay in this hotel and in Llandudno."
