"Very convenient for parents who send their children to hull university. The room very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is okay."

"The room very basic and in need of a refurbishment the carpet was stained with burn marks, the bed very uncomfortable and not the cleanest, the bathroom had stains and was in need of a deep clean, furniture was in serious need of a coat of paint, along with the whole part of the hotel. Only positive comment the place was cheap but won't be staying again"
