Security guys isn’t professional, it’s not polite and behaving attitude , doesn’t know how to take care guests before to check in. Nanachart Bangsaen
Bath room door and bed room cabinet were broken since walk in , no telephone to contact hotel staff in the room, there are cockroach in bed room, bath towel were old and torn.
