We arrived at 8AM to be given a room that was damp and had a strong musty smell. Spoke to Reception and the room was changed. Second room was just ok but the shower wasn’t great and water trickled out. We like to eat breakfast late and very little choice was available and not topped up. However, the staff, restaurant and pool area was great,

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the air conditioning was excellent. The room was consistently kept clean and tidy by the staff. Comfortable bed. Great shower.Rooftop pool very nice. All and all a great hotel to start my trip. Was there for 5 nights. Slept well.

The hotel is well presented in a great location very close to Ratchaprarop station (24 minute direct train from Suvarnabhumi airport). The staff were attentive especially V who was friendly and helpful in making the stay extra special. When an issue arose staff and management listened and were accommodating, this left a very good overall impression of the hotel and the team.

"No umbrellas or shade by the pool. How cheap can you be not to give tourists a place to lounge out but not be lying in the sunlight. Zero thoughtfulness.
