"Nice hotel with friendly staff and good clean faci"
This was the first time I had used hotel and wished I had used it before. From the friendliness of the concierge as he met me from the taxi it was a good indication other quality of the hotel. They certainly then lived up to expectations with a good room with an excellent, big jacuzzi bath and airy balcony. Only facilities in the room worked and were of a good quality.
On the last day I asked for the hotel to arrange an airport transfer and to give me an early morning call. Both were done expertly I can only say I stay there was excellent and I will be recommending it to my friends.
My only complaint, if it is one, was that the pool closer to 7 PM when a later closing time would've been useful.
Good hotel for budget travelers. A little far away from the sea beach. You have to walk for 5 mins. However, the rent is only 350B standard room to 750B for the best ones. The small rooms are 20 sq m. The bigger ones are 36 sq meters. The smaller ones have Water Heater, AC, Refrigerators, King size bed. The smaller ones do not have AC or refrigerators. You can not see the sea from hotel. It is too far.
From Bangkok airport, go to GATE-8. Catch a AC VOLVO bus to Pattaya (130B per head).
Ask them you will go to WALKING STREET. The bus stop they drop you, the hotel is straight road, around 300m.
Downside: They do not have any restaurant. You have to go outside to have any food. There is a big hotel within 50m. You can have breakfast / dinner / lunch over there for 199B per head.
They do not have good power backup. On last day, there was a power failure. And there was no electricity or water for 4 hours.
The hotel had its grand opening less than two months ago. Every thing was excellent including breakfast. Staff was friendly, and location was good. close enough to the busy side of Pattaya but far enough to get away. Recommend many of the local restaurants on the street. Especially the one with the blue tables.
When we arrived the stuff where very friendly and showed us to are room we decided to change rooms because we wanted a little bigger and they helped us to do that with no fuss at all very good very clean would recommend to anyone we found it was perfect location not to far from all the action but far enough and with it being a 2 min walk from the coach station you can get a taxi very easily
