The hotel was great and the rooms were big and clean. The hotel staff was also good and helpful. The breakfast was great even though the menu was same for all days. The only demerit was that the hotel was not close to the beach, had to take bike or taxi to go to the beach or Walking Street. Overall a great hotel with modern amenities and for a decent price.
As long as the staff speaks English (a good number of them) they are very helpful. When I checked in there was some confusion as the hotel staff asked for a voucher and it took awhile to make them understand that Expedia doesn't provide a voucher. The internet also didn't work the first day, and I was given the run around by some staff until I found someone who spoke English and was willing to take responsibility to fix the problem. They ended up moving me to an upgraded room where the internet worked.
The location really worked for me. Ten minutes walk to the action at the bars and also to the ferry pier. Close enough but also relatively calm. Seemed to be able to accommodate a variety of needs: families with children, romantic couples and guys there to party.
Had a very memorable stay ,hotel is well located can be easily described to locals when hiring a cab etc.Staff is very cooperative and helpful makes you feel comfortable and takes very good care of you.A special mention for mrs KAE on the reception desk.
Hotel is on the main street. Close to everything. Convenience shops are opposite the street. The room is clean,comfortable and well designed.Staff are nice & friendly.Safe box among many other things included in the room. Very good value for stay with a middle to low budget.
