Staff were very friendly and service to the modern fitted rooms was on a daily basis. I needed a very early check out (6am) and was having a friend who was traveling with me come over (3am) so that we could travel together to the airport. I informed the receptionist of my arrangement and that when my friend arrived to please send her straight up to my room and received a very short and rude reply from her saying that she didn’t want to be bothered with any details, so instead of getting a few extra minutes of shuteye, I was forced to set my alarm for an extra wake up call for 3am in anticipation of of her arrival, get dressed and wait for her to arrive and then return to my room, reset the alarm and try to go back to sleep in order to be on time for my taxi to the airport.
