Cannot beat the location

a fantastic location. the young lady cleaner was really nice. rooms are very basic but quite affordable. A/C and fan were both all on or all off. Blew right down on your face giving me eye irritation.

My only dislike was the bed was very hard for me. It was uncomfortable and I can feel the springs. It needs a mattress topper. The place was very basic and old looking but it seemed like it was clean. The staff was nice, the location was great. 7-Eleven almost next door. The room was pretty nice sized, AC worked great, but it was hard to adjust, the fridge was ice cold. If the bed was more comfortable I would have probably given it a four-star rating ( in the cheap room category ) . It does not measure up to $100 room but for a $15 room if the bed was good I would highly recommend it. I would suggest book one night see how the bed if it's good then book more nights. Almost forgot it is guest friendly as long as it's only one guest at a time.

Great location, comfortable hotel

Sutus Court i in a great location, right in the heart of central Pattaya, and the price I got was very reasonable. However, it is only a 3-star hotel, so you shouldn't be expecting what you would receive ina 4 or 5-star hotel.

Happy days

This was my second stay in 2 years, 1st stay was for 2 weeks and this one was for 4 weeks, I did not like my first room and requested a change and got in in 24 hours at a cost, the 2 rooms were completely different and the paid for updrade was 100% worth it, I didn't realise the Sutus Court 1 to 5 reflected the quality of each room, overall very happy with the whole experience both within the hotel and the attached restaurant 100% to all who looked after me. Thank You
