"I traveled to Patmos with my 2 daughters via ferry. We arrived at 2am, and Nicholas and his son met us there with kind faces and a bottle of water. They drove us the short distance to the studios. During our stay, they were the most accommodating. Our rooms were clean and had everything we could need. I highly recommend!! They are the best. "

"Beautiful peaceful oasis. Nicoletta was extremely helpful during check in and provided very prompt responses to my enquires. She also offered advice regarding car rental options making our stay hassle free. The beach is a short 15 minute walk. The house keeper and her husband were available to solve any issues and were very helpful and charming. It might be helpful to mark the driveway in order to find it in the darkness. Certainly a perfect set up for two couples travelling together. Thank you for making our stay so easy and peaceful."

"This small hotel (6 villas altogether) is an absolute dream. The location is great , in a quiet area in front of a nice little beach with views of the opposite island and also with 2 good tavernas at a short drive or walk. The villa we stayed was great size , classic greek style, simple but efficient and well arranged. The private terrace meant that we could sit in the shade and enjoy a meal or a drink with wonderful sea views. There is a swimming pool that is surprising big and cool and well maintained as all the grounds are. The manager Aris is very helpful and always offering good local tips. He gave us fruits from the garden and generally was always available in the hotel. The lady who cleaned the rooms, Dimitra was equally wonderful, always with a smile and the level of cleanliness were amazing which is important these days. We would highly recommend this hotel and the Patmos island. "

"A good location but a worn property. Staff are helpful but their efforts can only do so much. The property def needs an uplift. It is hard to get to the rooms. Internet is not reliable in the rooms. "
