I like how the hotel is set up its is very romantic and couples friendly. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. My one complaint is that the bell boys did not do their job at all, I can count on my hand the number of times the door was opened for me and my wife with 4 guys standing outside on their phones. I was a vip customer but did not recieve that treatment at all times.

El hotel por dentro es muy bonito, el staff amable. Pero, como es nuevo necesitan estar mas al día con el mantenimiento (aires, inodoros, agua caliente, etc). También mejorar el manejo de los empleados de limpieza (debe hacer menos escándalo) y mejorar la comunicación con las personas de mantenimiento (horarios para hacerlo y si hay huéspedes en la habitación o no).

"The home was beautiful. Clean pool. Breath taking views. Absolutely loved the roosters next door, loved being right by the ocean but still had the feeling of waking up in the “Campo”. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!"
