Experience our private home, featuring breathtaking ocean views and a private pool, situated on a tranquil beach on the southeast coast of Patillas, Puerto Rico. This Caribbean escape is ideal for families wanting to unwind away from hotel crowds, just 1.5 to 2 hours from San Juan. Relax and recharge in this serene retreat!

Note: We provide limited battery power backup during an outage, allowing lights, refrigerator, fans, and TV to continue functioning. During an outage, the following items should be turned off: A/C, microwave, hair dryer, water heater, washer and dryer. Using any of the appliances listed above will drain the battery, cutting off ALL electricity.

The home offers 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. The living room features a large picture window with magnificent, uninterrupted views of the sea. It features a fully equipped kitchen, complete furnishings, and an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy the ocean breezes from your private balcony.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. ONLY the 3 bedrooms have an A/C unit
2. During electrical outages, we offer a limited emergency battery power backup to help you stay comfortable. During an outage, the lights throughout the house will remain on, and the refrigerator, ceiling fans, and TV will continue to function.
Please keep in mind that certain appliances cannot be used with the battery backup. Using them will disable the system, so it’s crucial to avoid plugging them in: the microwave, hair dryer, water heater, washer, and dryer. The air conditioners should not be turned ON. *IMPORTANT WARNING* Using any of the appliances listed above will drain the battery, cutting off ALL electricity. Depending on the length of time electricity is out, weather conditions, and your usage, we cannot guarantee that the battery backup system will last for the specified time.
3. Provide parking for 2 cars.
4. We only provide a limited amount of toilet paper and shampoo for the first 3 days of your reservation. We do not provide laundry soap. There is a store near the house where guests can purchase these items if needed, and while driving toward the house, there is a Walmart store.
5. We require our guests to review our Short-Term Contract Agreement during the reservation process. By completing the reservation, the guest agrees and accepts all rules and regulations as stipulated in this document.

Just what we needed! An outstanding experience. The house and pool were immaculate. Such a comfortable and well appointed home away from home. The views are just wonderful. Excellent communication and easy checkin. We enjoyed looking for shells and sea glass on the beach. Bring water shoes, the beach is rocky. So relaxing to enjoy the sunrise from the hammocks. Kitchen has everything you need. We can’t say enough good things about this place. Would love to come back!

Property was amazing. Our family enjoyed the private pool and direct access to the beach. It was great for our kids to experience a different culture without excessive tourist. The house feels bigger than it looks in the photos. We had 8 people and had plenty of space. Hector, the property manager, is so welcoming and personable!

Perfect spot right on the beach with a private pool. Small town of Patillas is friendly and welcoming with great food. Spacious home with lots of sitting areas and beds.

We had a great stay at this house and the views are amazing! Being so close to the water was great even though the current was too strong to swim. The pool was perfect for the kids, even our teenagers, and altogether this was a wonderful location. We had excellent communication with the property manager, Ivette, and she helped with anything we needed.

The exterior of the property needs a little more maintenance. Perfect interiors. Beautiful and relax place. The refrigerator should be bigger, but maybe depends on the plans of the stay. The owners and the manager Hector are super attentive.

The property met out needs. A little noisy turning over in the bunk bed and a bit crowded in that bed room. Lights flickered on and off when using the dryer or microwave. The beach and pool/ backyard provided lots of relaxing time. Overall, a nice stay. Would stay again.

My family of 5 stayed here over spring break and enjoyed every minute of it! The views of the beach were stunning, our kids loved playing in the pool for hours, and I loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves. There were beach front restaurants within walking distance that we visited and enjoyed some local sangria. We used this as our home base and did day trips to Old San Juan and El Yunque National Forest. We plan on booking this place on our next visit❤️

The ocean views and the pool in the backyard are indescribable. We woke up to watch the sunrise every morning. The house itself could use a little updating and repair, but was comfortable enough for our stay. There are wonderful restaurants very close by. We loved "living like a local" for a month. Aida and her team made sure we had everything we needed and were quick to respond to any issues. I would gladly come back for another month!

We loved the location and the yard and deck. It suited our group of three couples to have the house as a base for day trips, and the house and yard and beach gave us enough space to not be on top of each other all of the time. We enjoyed the small seaside restaurants in the area. Property manager Irene was very helpful. We would definitely consider coming back!

I stayed in three different places while visiting Puerto Rico and Patillas was the best of all. The beach house was spectacular. It’s like a dream life to wake up to the waves crashing and the cool breeze while enjoying it all. Loved it! Irene, our host, was super attentive. The property was adequately furnished for our stay. (We did contribute a couple of floaties for the pool though. 😀 ) But to spend a week soaking up the sights and sounds of this beautiful place was like being in paradise! Our only suggestions would be to stay on top of the maintenance, like making sure the pool lights work, and not sending the pool cleaning guy over in the middle of the day while we were in the pool. Otherwise, we would definitely come back and rent this place again! Thank you!!

My husband and I have stayed in Patillas three times prior to this trip. We love the area, even more so in the spring time. (Our previous trips have been during the summer.) The property is great for a family or two couples with children. We had four adults and it was perfect for us. The two bathrooms made things very easy for everyone. The kitchen is appropriately equipped to easily prepare food. The house was clean and easy to find especially with the picture Hector sent before our arrival. Grocery stores are not terribly far away and there is even a Walmart pretty close. The back yard is where we spent most of our time. The view is amazing and the little pool is perfect to hang out and relax in. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

This was our third time staying at Casa Brisas, and it was once again a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. We just love the location on the island away from the touristy areas, and lots of great local ocean-side restaurants. And nothing like having the ocean in your backyard where we spent a lot of time walking along the beach pickup up sea glass. Now that we've been there 3 times if feels like our home away from home, so this will always be our choice to stay in Puerto Rico. Aida and Greg are fantastic hosts, and very responsive with communications and helpful with any questions or concerns. And Irene was very friendly in greeting us at the house, and making sure our stay was comfortable. Thanks again, Aida and Greg! :D

This lovely house is right on a quiet beach (there is a rocky bottom so water shoes would be a good idea) with glorious sunrises. As seven adults on a mission trip to Patillas, we started each day with breakfast on the beach listening to the waves break. When the work day was over, a dip in the pool or the ocean was a treat. The house is welcoming, nicely decorated and comfortable. We visited the Lordemar restaurant a couple houses away on the beach and enjoyed a delicious meal in a beautiful setting. We appreciated having a full kitchen and washer and dryer and put them to good use. Aida, Greg, and Hector were wonderful both before and during our stay. We met wonderful people in this community that touched our lives in profound ways. We hope to return. While we didn't do much sightseeing, it is a beautiful part of the island with lots to see. Maybe next time.

If you are looking to get away from crowds then this is the place for you! Although it is on a very busy road, it wasn’t loud at night or in the back of the house. The small pool is very nice and the backyard amazing! A couple things that would have been nice is better explanation of all the keys handed to you. We figured it out as we went but a mark on each key or color to distinguish it from the rest would be helpful. Also it would have been helpful to come into the place with some simple supplies like dish soap, bar soap, paper towels. Some of the dishes were not clean also and the bathroom by the master bedroom could have been cleaned better. These are minor things if you look at the big picture of the beautiful property.

This was our second time coming back to Ocean Breezes, and once again we just loved it. We came here for the first time last year and told Aida we would be back. This year we started our vacation with a Disney trip for my son, and we decided to add a few days to our itinerary so that we could finish our vacation winding down at Ocean Breezes. Waking up every morning to the view and sound of the ocean just never gets old! There's not much more I can add to all the positive reviews of this home. It is fully equipped with everything you can think of, and is conveniently located to grocery stores and many casual ocean-side restaurants. It's in an area of mostly locals who are very friendly and welcoming. In fact one morning we noticed two men climbing the palm trees next door and gathering coconuts. When we went closer to watch them they offered us a coconut and even took the time to carve it and open it up so that we could sample the juice. What an added experience! Like I said before... we'll be back! :)

On the beach with its beautifully changing seascape, hypnotic waves, & bliss-inducing breezes, we truly enjoyed our two week stay here! Casa Brisas Del Mar’s structural layout maximizes its ocean view and the house layout blesses its ambience with natural light. The 3 bedrooms (2 bathrooms!) are nicely appointed, and the outside deck overlooks the backyard, a small pool & the Caribbean. We loved spending time on the deck & also in the glorious light-filled sitting/family entertainment room, and walking the pebbly beach (beach shoes recommended!). The all-plastic plates/glasses kitchen seemed somewhat incongruous with this property, more suitable for carry out meals - there are several restaurants within a short drive - than for any serious cooking (the gas stove lacks broil, bake maxes @ 250*: even boiling water for pasta requires patience) and many usually anticipated kitchen furnishings were surprisingly absent (microwaveable plates, a reasonable selection of pans, etc) as well as typically supplied items such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, detergent for the washing machine, etc. We were also surprised that the property manager never met us on arrival or provided any orientation (it took us several days to get the hang of the place) and remained somewhat unavailable. Overall, however, for the location, price, & view, Casa del Brisas Del Mar is a *bargain* - particularly for families with children. Highly recommended!
